OoYes Supported "The Bacon and Mulled Grappa Festival"

OoYes provided the necessary equipment for the successful organization of the twelfth edition of the Bacon and Grappa Festival, which took place from February 24th to February 25th, 2024, in the city of Apriltsi.

The culinary event, organized by the municipality of Apriltsi, aims to promote the local cuisine, traditions, and livelihood, as well as to encourage the development of tourism in the area, thus inspiring guests to revisit the quaint mountain town. The mayor of Apriltsi municipality, Eng. Tihomir Kukenski, personally opened the event, and Chef Viktor Angelov also appeared on stage to greet the residents and guests of the city.

During the two days of the festival, the authentic taste of bacon and the aromas of grappa delighted and "warmed" the hearts and souls of the visitors. The good mood of the guests was ensured by Rayko Kirilov, Guna Ivanova, Nelina, Lilya Semkova, Nikolay Slaveev, Nevena Tsoneva, and various amateur groups from the region. For the first time this year, there was a special children's corner and many surprises for the youngest ones. Everyone had the opportunity to enjoy "Grandma's feast," prepared in the "big landlord's pan," as well as other specialties cooked by local chefs.

The organizers also held various contests with the participation of local producers, competing for the titles of:

• "Most delicious and tender bacon";
• "Most mellow and aromatic grappa with the ideal degree and taste";
• "Most delicious and attractive appetizer".

The team of "Fresh Support" Ltd. was tirelessly on the field for two days, ensuring the sanitary comfort of the residents and guests of Apriltsi.
