The first running festival Burgas Run with the support of OoYes

On September 11, 2022, for the first time in Burgas, a marathon race covering a distance of 42 km was held, organized by Burgas Run Club. The first start of the day was given exactly at 09:00 a.m. under the arch provided and installed by the FRESH SUPPORT team.

The main camp was located at the Sea Station, constructed almost entirely from our facilities. The OoYes Team provided and serviced chemical toilets, mobile sinks, and trash bins. Over 250 marathon runners participated in the race, supported by hundreds of spectators. Registration points were set up with Sky tents, and access control to them was managed through M125 crowd control barriers. The tables and chairs provided by OoYes contributed to the organizers' comfort.

The race tracks were entirely in pedestrian zones, again limited and secured with M125 barriers and traffic barriers in white and red, near the sea, where the runners could also draw inspiration besides running.

The tall and sturdy fences helped isolate the storage areas on the terrain. Several hours after the event, there was no trace of generated waste, thanks to our mobile trash bins. We eagerly anticipate 2023, during which, together with the organizers, we aim to make an even more successful marathon and firmly place Burgas on the running map.
