Over 5,000 servings of sea-inspired flavors shared with the people of Burgas

This year’s edition stood out for its scale and culinary variety. Among the highlights:

• 1,500 portions of traditional fish soup
• 400 portions of authentic Spanish paella
• 400 servings of octopus and shrimp pizza
• 3,000 portions of mussels with rice, distributed by the Social Patronage of Burgas to those most in need of care and attention

Memorable figures that made the day even more special 

Guests had the chance to enjoy a live cooking demonstration by one of Bulgaria’s most beloved culinary figures, Ivan Zvezdev—who brought inspiration, charm, and the enticing aroma of fresh seafood to the crowd.

Among the distinguished attendees was the Mayor of Burgas, Mr. Dimitar Nikolov, who personally greeted citizens and visitors. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of tradition and community spirit—qualities that make Burgas a truly special city. He also took part in distributing food and connected with attendees throughout the event.

A stage brought to life by unforgettable voices

The evening concert kicks off at 6:00 PM on Troikata Square and promises a spectacular finale to the celebration. Beloved singer Orlin Goranov, pop artist NICKA, and the energetic K.LINA & THE LADIES will take the stage for a music-filled experience under the open sky.
