SOLE Burgas 2025 – The Most Aromatic and Magical Event of the Summer
Burgas turned into a stage for flamenco, paella, and unforgettable emotions – and we made sure everything was just right.
From June 20 to 22, 2025, the Flora Expo Center in Burgas became a vibrant hub of art, music, culinary masterpieces, and southern rhythms. SOLE – the festival of Spanish culture and cuisine – transformed the city into a true cultural bridge between Bulgaria and Spain, and OoYes had the honor of serving as the logistical backbone of this colorful and inspiring event.
SOLE brought together thousands of visitors from Bulgaria and abroad who immersed themselves in a world of flamenco, ceviche, paella, Spanish cinema, wine, and dance.
A gastronomic world – infused with saffron and the rhythm of Andalusia
One of the festival’s main highlights was the national qualification for the World Paella Day Cup – a prestigious international culinary competition whose finals are held every autumn in Valencia.
The winner, Kaloyan Kolev, will represent Bulgaria on the world stage after an impressive performance, applauded by both the audience and the professional jury. Second and third place went to Nikolay Genchev and Manuel Casado, turning Burgas’s culinary scene into a true arena of flavor, skill, and passion.
A music lineup worthy of the world’s greatest stages
Flamenco, pop, Latin, and Balkan rhythms filled the city with energy and life. Among the headliners were:
- Che Sudaka – with their explosive mix of rock and reggae
- Las Migas – bringing tenderness to contemporary flamenco
- Barcelona Flamenco Ballet – a perfect blend of movement and sound
- Sabor Latino, Banda del Padre, Irenia Vazquez, and many more inspiring artists
