OoYes at Uzana Poliana Fest 2025
Our Contribution to Comfort and Organization
OoYes provided standard mobile chemical toilets, an accessible toilet for people with disabilities, field sinks, waste bins, and crowd control fencing “M125” for the 10th anniversary edition of Uzana Poliana Fest, held from July 18 to 20, 2025, near Gabrovo. Our presence ensured reliable sanitary infrastructure and a clean festival environment — even in this remote and natural location.

A Vibrant Rhythm and Over 10,000 Smiles
This year, Uzana Poliana Fest gathered more than 10,000 people from across the country and turned into a living, breathing event with its own rhythm, energy, and pulse. It created an emotional ecosystem where every smile, every idea, and every note became part of a deeper shared experience. As shown in a creative audience poll using unique “festival figures,” the mood was vibrant and joyful, and the emotional connection was felt by everyone who attended.
Spaces for Knowledge, Self-Awareness, and Sustainability
Over the course of three days, visitors had the opportunity to enrich both mind and spirit through the “Knowledge” and “Self-Knowledge” zones. These areas are gaining popularity year after year, attracting children and adults alike. One little girl, beaming with excitement, ran not to miss the lecture on carnivorous plants.
Lectures on sustainable agriculture, biodiversity preservation, organic farming, and climate responsibility connected food, water, and soil as essential foundations of a sustainable world. Experts like Denimir Dimitrov, Veselin Spasov, Polina Dikova, and Dr. Svetla Nikolova inspired the audience with practical examples and innovative approaches.
Workshops in natural construction and dry stone masonry offered a new perspective on sustainable architecture. Topics around holistic health, energy balance, and connection to natural elements provoked personal insight and inner peace, complemented by sessions in breathing techniques, paneurhythmy, yoga, and natural gardening — all led by inspiring facilitators like Emiliana Blagoeva, Desi Vladovska, Assoc. Prof. Svetla Baltova, and Aida Markovska.
Art played a significant role through visual installations and a documentary film exploring the deep ties between culture and nature.
During this tenth edition, the two festival zones merged into a meaningful cultural and spiritual link — built around lectures, shared practices, and collective experiences that offered new ways of living sustainably, consciously, and joyfully in harmony with nature.

Musical Nights That Brought Everyone Together
The musical program of Uzana Poliana Fest 2025 was a true celebration of the soul. Music wasn’t just background — it was the heartbeat of the evenings, pulsing with energy and warmth. During the three-day event, the stage in the heart of the Balkan Mountains came alive with a rich mix of genres and emotions.
Friday night began with Latin and reggae rhythms by Piero Epifania, followed by heartfelt performances from Gery and S-Band, and wrapped up with a high-energy show by D2 and Deo.
Saturday delivered pop and dance vibes with Kamelia Noeva and Selecto Band, followed by the charismatic Lyubo Kirov, who shared that the Uzana stage moved him deeply. The crowd felt it in every note and responded with electric energy. The grand finale was entrusted to DJ TromBobby, who transformed the meadow into a vibrant open-air party beneath the stars.
This musical curation did more than entertain — it built a sense of community, freedom, and inspiration in nature. And the best part? It was all free to attend!
A Magical Experience for All Ages
Beyond the inspiring music, Uzana Poliana Fest 2025 became a magical place where imagination, creativity, and play blended with the mountain spirit. The children’s area was the heart of the festival for the youngest guests — filled with creative workshops, theatrical performances, and nature-themed adventures.
Little ones took part in eco-activities such as recycling workshops, stop-motion animation, and a “forest lab.” Special events like the musical play A Tale About the Notes, archery sessions, and a retro photo lab delighted children and adults alike.
A symbolic hike with all-terrain strollers to Mount Ispolin proved that nature can be accessible to everyone. Art activities inspired not only the kids but also their parents, who engaged in clay modeling, textile painting, lantern making, and traditional games from the past.
All of this unfolded under the shared idea of sustainability and a connection to heritage. The space encouraged families to experience the festival together — with parents joining yoga, music workshops, and hikes — turning the event into something much more than a festival: a lasting and heartfelt memory.

Handcraft, Taste, and Tradition
We must also highlight the festival’s Farmers’ Market — a true showcase of sustainable agriculture, local craftsmanship, and the authentic taste of Bulgaria! Nestled in the green meadows of the Balkan Mountains, visitors met local producers who presented their organic goods, homemade delicacies, handmade items, and eco-friendly solutions.
More than a place to shop, the market was a space for exchanging knowledge, inspiration, and sustainable practices. This year’s theme — “Food as a Source of Life and Awareness” — could be felt in every tasting, every conversation, and every smile exchanged between stalls.
